Lush female harmonies swim amongst the silvery strings of folk mystique…

Listeners can expect a vigorous, entertaining “blend of traditional Irish tunes and folk rock songs that remind us of the unbroken lineage of Celtic music,” said Aaron Nell. “Toby Isaacs, our lead singer, has a deep knowledge of this tradition. Toby, along with Craig Wynne, also compose original tunes and we will be featuring a number of them in our set. There are also some surprises, such as an Iron Maiden tune we adapted our stylings to,” Nell added.

Pilgrimage’s One Year Anniversary Party w/ Scott Edward Eckart & Nick Kizirnis

Sunday, August 3, 2025

Indie-Acoustic 3 - 6 PM
Fresh Side Food Truck 1 - 5 PM

Scott E. Eckart - Hailing originally from Florida by way of New Orleans, Scott has been a singer-songwriter and music producer for over 25 years. With over 10 albums to his credit, his laid back and sometimes humorous slacker-style acoustic folk and indie rock catalog spans decades, and his performances are always engaging, personal, self-deprecating, and light-hearted.

Nick Kizirnis - Dayton, Ohio-based Nick Kizirnis is a songwriter and guitarist with a distinctly moody Indie-Rock/Americana sound refined over decades of solo and collaborative musical experimentation. A musical trailblazer with a diverse track record both on and off stage, Nick has recorded with The Breeders (“The Dirt Eaters”) and Tobin Sprout (Guided by Voices), opened for a wide-range of bands including The Pixies, Man or Astro-Man, Dick Dale, Guided by Voices, Dave Alvin, The Breeders and Fugazi, had his songs feature on Reality TV shows like LA Tattoo, Road Rules and The Real World, and released 2 albums with The Mulchmen and several solo albums — one  of which, The Distance, was dubbed ‘‘a quintessential American record’ by Stereo Embers and ‘damn fine music’ by Power Popaholic.

Live Music - Gus Moon

Saturday, August 9, 2025

Live Music - 3 - 6 PM
Los Compadres Food Truck 1 - 5 PM

As true to himself as Gus Moon can seem, when pick hits string and he pulls that first lyric up from his gut, he transforms. A Gus Moon show is as much a séance as it is a musical experience, as he melds personal experience, troubled characters, and often more-troubling narratives into many of his songs. There’s always some sort of balance in his songs between the darkness and the light. A balance reflected in his voice. Just enough polish to know it’s been taken care of; just enough scratch to know it’s seen its share of heartache.

Live Music - 3 - 6 PM

Born and raised in Kentucky, I grew up in a family that adored every aspect of music: listening to it, creating it, singing it, sharing it, and living it. I was given my very first guitar when I was 12 years old by my great Uncle Dean who played locally in a band as a young adult. He would shower his great nephews and nieces with the gift of instruments. I have been honored to sing along side my soul sister, Jess Lamb and the Factory, and experience tour with Wonky Tonk, who quickly became one of my close friends. While I have been a soloist most of my career, I have recently had the great joy to play alongside two incredible Cincinnati based artists, Preston Bell Charles III and Sarah Gorak.
